This is actually my friend's furniture from when she grew up!
I call it a "patina" green but here it looks more like robin's egg blue.  I think it really depends on the background.  Distressed with gold showing through in some places.

Vintage School Room Chair with Flair - SOLD!

Vintage School Room Chair with Flair.  Very solid piece that has the very heavy metal legs that you would expect on the old chairs.  I added just a tinge of flair.  This is a fun piece which could be used for a function or simply for cute room decor.  (Would look great in corner of room with the headboard/footboard my friend did..check it out under furniture!!)  Has holes for bolting to ground if desire, but it is not needed as it is solid enough to stand alone.  Folds up too as you can see in pix 2.  $55
